Gun show Thursday- Life saver edition
This picture really hurt.
After my run, I scraped the bathroom for a little while.
Then I cut the grass.
Then got cleaned up, stopped at Subway for lunch, and went to donate blood.
It took a while to fill my bag, but I did it! It didn’t clot this time.
Then I went to Publix. I was pushing my cart so slowly because I was feeling so drained. Never again will I let myself get frustrated because someone is walking too slowly down the grocery aisle.
I had to lie down for a little bit when I got home. I still feel kind of weird.
I know it’s not Gun Show Thursday until tomorrow. These are from Monday, and will serve to mark progress now that I’ve learned a way I can do push ups.

While setting up for my fruit photo, I decided to take a picture flexing. I guess it kind of further illustrates the point of muscle v. fat.

These were taken nearly exactly a year apart- the top is from 1/20/11, the first wide-spread gun show Thursday and the bottom is from today 1/19/12
You can tell I only workout my arms about 1x/week on average to have made only tiny progress. That’s ok, though. I don’t really want arms that would get me attention when I’m sleeveless.

The front of my hips are sore from my hill workout yesterday. That’s a new place for me. At least it’s not my normal hip pain.

I reeeeally want to get in on the 100 push ups challenge. My wrist still hasn’t stopped hurting. I’m almost to the point where I want to say “forget it” and just do stuff anyway.
That’s how I got with my hip. Running doesn’t really make it hurt more than not running, so I might as well run.
