Making Myself Better

25. People (that look like they suspect something…)
After my run.
Bleh.


If only that was the whole story.
The walking was because I forced myself to get back to the park before I walked. I felt like I was going to get sick. But, I didn’t force myself to continue, which it actually a good thing considering what was running through my head…
And while I think that Intuitive Eating will be really good for me, I’m going to have to wait until after my brother’s wedding because I have to make sure my dress fits, and if I allow myself to eat whatever, as the first stage usually goes, that may not work out the way I need it too.  I’m going to continue reading so that I’ll be ready once that time comes (3 weeks from Saturday!!!). Then I’ll post my thoughts about what types of eater I am (because I’m not just in one category).
