I'm Nikki. I love God and my Jeremy and my sweet baby Ryland everyone else, too. I'm 5'6". I used to weigh ~170 pounds, then I was 140something for a while. I've also been around 130 and even below that. I'm not really focusing on all that right now. Now I just want to be healthy enough to be the best mom for Ryland. I'll talk about my weight ups and down and running, but that's not what will make me better. I'm working to love myself better, treat myself better, and be a better Christian and wife. Happy Sunday!

Yesterday after my run we mostly relaxed at the house. We watched The Little Mermaid.


After church today, a couple invited us to stay and eat in the fellowship hall with them. They had their son’s 1st birthday party there last night (we didn’t go because we needed a weekend without stuff going on) and had leftover soup to eat. It was so good.

Then I came home & slept for 1 1/2 hr to bring my sleep total close to 8.

Ryland just laughed in his sleep.
