YAY NIKKI!! Did you know it’s best to sleep for 6.5 to 7.5 hours and that more sleep COULD be worse than less sleep?
Maybe for some people, but not for me. My optimal amount of sleep is 8.5-9 hr. That’s what I’d give myself in the summer, and I felt great. When I was working, I’d usually get about 7.5 and always felt a little tired.
Now Sat. is my catch up day from getting around 6 with Ryland, so I needed the extra.
Jeremy, on the other hand, does great with around 7.
