Getting to run.
Also, the expressions people gave when they saw my socks.
The details:

umm, ignore that last lap. I forgot to press stop before I slowed.
Also, walked a total of 0.8 miles.
My body is hating me right now for the crazy combination of foods I put in it. I don’t have to go out to mess it up. It was almost all healthy(ish) foods, too.
I decided to wait to take up the strap until I get my eating under control (again) and the bloating goes away (again).
