and I managed not to get spit up on it.
and I worked out. not in these clothes, though:
- 10 complete ball pass reps
- 20 stability ball on the wall 20 lb squats below parallel, of course
- 20 side leg raises (each side) w/ stability ball (henceforth known as “ball”) between legs
- 20 20 lb sumo squats
- 40 double reverse crunches with ball between knees
- 20 things with my feet on the ball and I rolled it towards my butt to work hamstrings
- 20 side plank raises (each side) balancing with ball between feet (harder than it sounds)
- 20 (each leg) where I lay with my chest on the ball and alternated raising my legs behind me
- 40 20lb weight crunch on ball
- stretches interspersed throughout
Fit teacher GOIO 4/25 done.
