I’m headed to a friend’s house (the one with my 3 favorite boys (after Ryland) that just had her daughter) to meet up with other SAHM for what is the first of our hopefully weekly play/lunch dates. Looking forward to time with actual adults in person during the day.
When Jeremy gets home, I’m hopefully going on my last run before my half on Saturday. If I had been following my schedule, I’d be running 4x400m. Should I go with this, or should I do a straight run of 3-4 mi? I haven’t done speed work in so long that it’s sure to give me DOMS, but that should go away before Saturday.
The rest of the week will be walking or recumbent bike W&Th and then rest on Friday.
