Making Myself Better
“You must listen to your body. Run through annoyance but not through pain.”

Dr. George Sheehan

One thing that I learned from running cross-country and track in high school that has carried over to my “adult running life” is knowing to recognize the difference between soreness/fatigue and actual pain. One is what you should push through, where you test the limits on how much you can take. The other is a very real signal that something is WRONG with your body and you should stop and reassess.

Be careful out there. And err on the side of caution.
