Shark week started which means this is bad cramp day. It already hurts some just sitting. Instead, Jeremy, Ryland, and I will go for a walk.
I didn’t do any other workout yesterday because I went to the opening night of a consignment sale to get Ryland an outfit to wear to my brother’s wedding. The line was so long I had to wait about 35 min. to pay. It’s so cute- black slacks, a white button-up, and a vest, for only $7. It was the only non-smocked dressy outfit in 0-3 months, so I’m really glad I went last night. When I got home I was so tired.
Ryland only woke up twice last night, and I got to sleep in until 9:20 because Jeremy takes care of him when he gets up on Saturday.
I get to watch the Georgia game because it’s on CBS.
Right now we’re waiting on a guy to come buy the fridge I had in my classroom. It was passed down to me by another teacher who had it passed down to her.
Yesterday’s eating was still pretty bad, but a lot better than the couple days previously. Today I weighed 5 lbs more than my too-low weight just over a week ago, and I measured my waist an inch bigger. At least that means it’s mostly water weight & bloating. I can get this balanced out. It’ll just take me a little more time.
