Making Myself Better

It’s a happy-sweaty-post-run photo!
I didn’t go far. After about 2 mi., I simultaneously needed a bathroom and felt lady cramps, so I just went back to where I was parked, pottied in a Jack’s, and decided to go on home because then I was feeling tired.
I felt good while running, though. I didn’t push it, but still came out with negative splits:

If I didn’t have the other issues, I could’ve kept going at this pace for quite a while.  I need to make sure I get as much sleep as possible towards the end of next week. I’ll be nap loading instead of carb loading.
