Whether you’re maintaining because you’ve reached your goals, gaining for recovery or muscle mass, or just don’t care at all about weight, like, reblog, comment, whatever. I’d love to have an idea of who else isn’t losing/trying to.

I’m not trying to lose weight, but do try to maintain my ideal training / racing weight. I find that if I’m slightly too high or too low it make a big difference in the way I feel while running.

I’ve been maintaining for a solid year, and I haven’t been trying to lose weight (except for the few pounds that I gained during the holidays). I’m just having fun and hanging out. :)

right now I’m not concerned with losing at all, I’m starting to get in shape and I’m training for a 5k, building up my push-ups, squats, and planks… just basic fitness goals :)

Not trying to lose. :) I focus on running in the cooler months and lifting in the warmer months. I mostly like finding something I’m not good at and working to get better at it, because I’m motivated by seeing the improvement.
