So here’s my run from this morning…
It was supposed to be 0.5 mi. warm-up then 3 miles at goal half pace (8:46). But the heat & humidity was back, and it’s always harder on me in the mornings, so I ended up running more slowly when I wanted.
No big deal. I’ll get faster when it cools off. I always do.
But then the goosebumps came.
So I stopped after my 2nd mile.
Then I walked.

Split 2 was when I decided to walk really fast until I got to the pull-up bar to try toes-to-bar. I had 3 attempts before my arms were too tired. On my first, I got my toes to my wrists.
I’m so tired from moving out of my room. 1 more day and I’ll have it all out. Then I have to figure out where I’m going to put everything. I’m glad tomorrow is a rest day.
Oh, I didn’t weigh or measure myself. I think I’ll try to stick to WIW for now because I do need to do something to make sure I am maintaining.

Why weigh at all? It seems quite evident that your measurements are more indicative of progress than weight. Also: humidity is the WORST in the morning. Makes for sucky runs :(
