No, it’s closed for good.
My back-up plan, since I knew this was a very likely possibility, is to substitute, both at public and private schools. My certification lapsed a couple years ago without me realizing until it was too late, so there’s very few schools at which I can teach, even among private schools.
I’ll actually make more money subbing than I did teaching here if I get called every day.
I’m going to start getting set up to do all that tomorrow.
