Sometimes you do, though.
I had not eaten enough to support my body having run 7 miles. I wasn’t hungry at night, but ate a spoonful of PB to make sure I got enough calories.
Then I felt really proud because my weight was up some that morning and I was having disordered thoughts and was excited about not being hungry, but did what I needed to do anyway.
But yeah, usually this is true. And something I struggle with.
