23. If you couldn’t run for the rest of your life, what other exercise would you start doing in its place?
First off, I would try really hard to cut back on eating so I wouldn’t have to exercise as much. I would probably ride my bike some and walk some and maybe give yoga a serious shot.
24. What’s your favorite pre-run snack or meal?
Whatever I happen to have eaten an hour or more beforehand. I don’t really have anything in particular that I eat.
I do drink coconut water, which is super gross, before long or hot runs because I have trouble with the heat and the extra electrolytes help some.
25. What’s your favorite post-run snack or meal?
Same as above. I just eat whenever I get hungry again afterward. I’m a bad example, I suppose. Don’t eat like me. During the period I tries eat special runner food before & after, I never really noticed a difference, so I decided it wasn’t worth the trouble.
I’ll do that day 26 times mile before my run tomorrow and let y’all know how that goes.
