If it has come back, that means that I don’t need to make sure I eat high-calorie things to make sure I get enough like I’ve done for the last 3 days where I ate “junk” at least once every day and still lost weight. So far today I’ve had a bowl of cereal (Nature’s Path Optimum Blueberry something), a salad (spinach, snap peas, broccoli, shredded chicken, feta, and reduced fat vinaigrette), and a clementine, and my stomach is growling for more. It’s only noon.
What I really want is my free birthday burger from Red Robin, but I don’t know what’s become of my rewards card. :(
