Making Myself Better

This is my real body, and I love it.
I was going to do a post about flaw, flaw, flaw, but good thing, good thing, good thing. Then I thought about it. The shape of your body is not a flaw. Marks on your skin are not flaws. The only flaws my body has are my wrist that won’t stop hurting and my hip that requires more running rest days that I would like.
Loving your body doesn’t mean you always have to like what you see or that you don’t want to “improve” it. Loving your body means you take care of it.
