It seems I needed them.
As part of getting back on track starting Tuesday, I started weighing myself again. Tuesday I was 136.6. I dropped nearly 4 lbs in one day due to sweating off the water weight. Usually after the one big drop, my weight pretty much levels off.
It kept dropping each day, this morning all the way to 131.6. This is the morning after eating a piece of cake, 3 cookies, 2 bite-sized tarts, and a brownie. (Giving blood makes me hungry.) I really tried to make healthy choices last night, but there wasn’t much to choose besides fruit, and I already had had a ton of that, too.
So after 4 days, I’m back where I want to be unless I decide to go for the 6-pack.
