I'm Nikki. I love God and my Jeremy and my sweet baby Ryland everyone else, too. I'm 5'6". I used to weigh ~170 pounds, then I was 140something for a while. I've also been around 130 and even below that. I'm not really focusing on all that right now. Now I just want to be healthy enough to be the best mom for Ryland. I'll talk about my weight ups and down and running, but that's not what will make me better. I'm working to love myself better, treat myself better, and be a better Christian and wife. I hate the phrase “skinny girls look good in clothes, fit girls look good naked.”

You know who looks freaking fantastic all of the time? Girls who love their bodies and embrace whatever they have without trying to fit someone else’s ideals.

Stop telling girls what body type looks good.

Every body type is gorgeous and maybe if the shaming would stop more people would realize this.
