Making Myself Better

I finally ran!!
Before running, I tried some bench jumps. I jumped onto the highest bench once (I’ll have to figure the height when I get home and compare it to my freckles) and onto a picnic table once.
Then I ran.
First this:

I was okay starting out (of course), but the heat started to get to me. After I stopped for a bathroom break, I jogged some around the park and noticed my upper cheeks were dry (the first place I stop sweating) even though I was a sweat faucet right after I stopped. Then there was this:

It includes walking from my car to the start, the lap I jogged, and more walking afterward.
I decided to try some knees-to-elbows on the rings. I did 5 the first time, then decided to walk to get to my camera. I walked past the pull-up bars and tried to do toes-to-bar, but I think my long arms make it extra hard for me. I was able to get my legs all the way up where my toes touched my wrists 3 time, but I wasn’t able to get my feet all the way to the bar.
Once I got my camera, I took the pictures. Let me tell you, pressing the button on your camera remote is freaking hard while trying to do knees-to-elbows on rings. Oh, in the lower frame, my feet are off the ground. You just can’t really see.
I probably did 20 or so k-t-e in all. Now my hands are sore. My abs were already sore from doing my first ab workout in 2 1/2 weeks yesterday. It’s good to be back, though.
