Making Myself Better

I thought about making a pukey face since that’s how I feel, but I decided to spare y’all.
I had a binge for the 2nd day in a row, this time to the point of pain. I did throw away the last of my ice cream, though, so I guess that’s progress.
I was done with it all by ~2:30 and my stomach still hurt ~6:30 when we started running. It really wasn’t a bad one considering what I had done to myself. I did have a throw up burp once, but it was right after I passed this man and I didn’t want to spit it right by him. (TMI Tuesday?)


I also decided to take a scale break for a while because I pretty much like how I look (apart from the food baby I’m currently sporting), but feel down every time I weigh myself because it’s higher than my “happy range.”
