Well, if you’re fairly sure it’s stress related, then I would stop trying to lose weight. Take 1 unhealthy habit and replace it with something healthier. Stick to that one change for a couple weeks. Then make one more change. Take baby steps. Focus on being healthier and not on losing weight.
If this doesn’t help, and you are at an unhealthy weight, I would definitely see a doctor.
