“Nikki Nikki Nikki your anon is finallllly back on! :D I'm sorry that you thought no one was asking you questions or that they weren't interested :( I had wanted to ask again but I was having a CRAZZYYY finals week and always seemed to miss your Tuesdays and you turned it off because of those stupid mean ridiculous other anons :( But anyways I had wanted to ask/ tell you that since I last 'talked' to you I somehow lost another 8 pounds and I went for a physical and my blood pressure was 90/70cont”

cont: and my doctor said it was okay but he also told me not to lose anymore, but I still want to lose at least another 15 pounds and I honestly just don’t know. And I know that it probably isn’t that big of a deal but I still don’t know and just wanted to ask another person. Plus it’s not like its dangerous I’m only 5’3 and like 126 so I should be fine, but then he’s a doctor so do you think I should listen? I’m sorry for the long ask

So you’re doctor said you’re okay now, but not to lose any more weight, or your doctor said 15 lbs is okay?

111 is still considered a healthy weight for your height.

If you’re not having any other health issues, it may be okay, but not everyone can be truly healthy at the low end of the healthy weight range. I would look terrible if I weighed 117.

I wouldn’t focus on a specific weight goal if I were you. I’d work on being healthy and your body will find its own best weight. It’s something that I had to learn.
