Run for me because I can’t run for a while because I broke my foot while running. It’s all quite ironic, and makes me sad.
18 people requested + suggestions for myself= 19 repeats. I added one for Jeremy & our future children, so that made 20.
20x0.2=4 miles of repeats, 2 up & 2 down with 520 total ft of elevation gain.
35:54- Just under 9:00/mile, so I continued my streak of every run in February faster than 9:00/mile.
I ran 58 miles in February, 2 short of my goal of 60, but I’m pretty sure that I got those in during warm ups & cool downs that I didn’t track.
After dinner, packing, and dying a couple shirts yellow, I also went through my arm workout.
I just finished off a shake of ice + decaf coffee powder + chocolate protein powder + almond milk.
