I'm Nikki. I love God and my Jeremy and my sweet baby Ryland everyone else, too. I'm 5'6". I used to weigh ~170 pounds, then I was 140something for a while. I've also been around 130 and even below that. I'm not really focusing on all that right now. Now I just want to be healthy enough to be the best mom for Ryland. I'll talk about my weight ups and down and running, but that's not what will make me better. I'm working to love myself better, treat myself better, and be a better Christian and wife. Get an ugly plastic headband and cut a 1/2” strip of fabric (or use ribbon). Wrap the fabric around the headband, hot gluing as you go. Make rosette from this site in matching or coordinating color. Hot glue rubberband to the back of the rosette so you can make it interchangeable. Position rosette on headband and wrap rubberband around it until it is secure.
